('구독'과 '좋아요' 감사합니다 ☺) 주변 소음 때문에 중간 중간 빠르게 전환되는 부분이 자주있습니다 양해 부탁드립니다 오늘도 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 :) 안녕하세요 오늘은 치즈 폼 올린 초코 버블티를 준비했어요 치즈 폼과 초코 우유 모두 홈 메이드 레시피라 파는 것 보다 더 진하게 마실 수 있어요 치즈 폼이 올라간 음료가 요즘 인기가 많다고 해서 처음 먹어봤는데 크림치즈+생크림+우유 섞어 만들면 되겠다는 생각이 들어서 만들어보고 조금 더 수정해본 레시피입니다 카페에서는 치즈 폼 전용 파우더와 초코 라떼 전용 파우더로 만들어내니 맛 차이가 있을 수 있습니다 섞어먹어도, 따로 먹어도 같이 마셔도 맛있는 치즈 폼! 이걸로 티라미수 라떼 만들어도 맛있을 것 같아요 조만간 만들어봐야겠습니다 :) 버블티 집에서 만들어 즐겨보세요! 땀 한바가지 흘러요!! ▶재료 (대략 두잔 분량, 1시간 내외 소요) + 타피오카 펄 80g, 설탕 40g, 물 50g + 물 25g, 코코아가루 10g, 설탕 20g, 초콜릿 60g, 우유 400g + 크림치즈 20g, 설탕 10g, 생크림 60g, 우유 30g + 코코아가루, 카카오 닙스 ★ 대체 가능 재료 ★ 크림치즈 (마스카포네) 무가당 생크림 (가당 생크림 사용 시 설탕 제외하기) 치즈폼 설탕 (연유, 꿀, 올리고당 등) 데코용 코코아가루, 카카오 닢스 (생략 가능) 1) 냄비에 물을 넉넉히 넣고 끓여주고 끓는 물에 타피오카 펄을 넣고 15분 정도 끓입니다 (즉석 펄이나, 준비한 펄 마다 끓이는 시간이 다르니 편한 방법으로 익혀주세요) 2) 불을 끄고 10분 정도 뚜껑을 덮어 그대로 둡니다 (뜸들이기) 3) 체에 걸러 펄을 찬물에 헹궈줍니다 4) 깨끗한 볼에 따뜻한 물과 설탕을 넣고 섞어줍니다 5) 익힌 펄을 설탕시럽과 섞어 그대로 둡니다 6) 다른 볼에 물과 설탕, 코코아가루를 넣고 섞어줍니다 7) 초콜릿을 넣고 살짝 섞은 다음 전자레인지에 20초 돌려줍니다 8) 녹은 초콜릿과 재료들이 잘 섞이도록 저어줍니다 9) 우유를 조금 부어 골고루 섞고 나머지 우유도 다 부어 섞어 체에 걸러줍니다 10) 완성한 우유는 냉장보관 해둡니다 11) 실온에 둔 크림치즈에 설탕을 넣고 섞어줍니다 12) 다른 볼에 생크림을 넣고 단단하게 휘핑합니다 (적은양이니 손 거품기로도 충분히 휘핑 가능합니다) 13) 크림치즈와 휘핑크림을 섞어줍니다 14) 우유를 부어가며 농도를 조절합니다 (생크림 종류나 휘핑된 상태 마다 같은 우유양을 넣어도 결과가 다를 수 있으니 20~40g의 우유를 조금씩 부어가며 원하는 농도를 맞춰주세요) 15) 음료를 담을 컵에 펄을 넣어줍니다 (시럽은 걸러 넣지마세요) 16) 얼음을 넣고 초코 우유를 부어줍니다 17) 만들어둔 치즈 폼을 올려주고 코코아가루, 카카오닢스 등으로 데코합니다 (전용 파우더로 만든 폼은 오래 보관이 가능하지만 크림치즈와 생크림으로 만든 폼은 만들고 오래 두지 않고 바로 음료를 만들어 먹어야합니다) ▶ingredient + 80g tapioca pearls, 40g sugar, 50g water + 25g water, 10g cocoa powder, 20g sugar, 60g chocolate, 400g milk + 20g cream cheese, 10g sugar, 60g whipping cream, 30g milk + cocoa powder, cacao nibs +영상은 무단도용, 2차편집, 재업로드를 금지합니다. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CookingASMR 베이킹 쿠킹ASMR
